Dr. Gill grew up surrounded by farm animals and family pets, and that early bond inspired his passion for veterinary medicine.

He graduated from veterinary college in 2018 and has worked in clinics across Surrey, Delta, and Vancouver, gaining experience in general practice, urgent care, and emergency medicine. His interests include soft-tissue surgery, dentistry, and internal medicine.
Dr. Gill is skilled at recognising fear and stress in pets and adjusting his approach, so every visit is as calm and comfortable as possible for your pet and for you. He believes the best care starts with trust. He listens, explains things in plain language, bases his recommendations on sound medical evidence, and creates a personalised treatment plan to help every pet live a healthier, happier life.

Dr. Bhattal owns City Petcare Hospital & Urgent Care and is registered with the College of Veterinarians of British Columbia. He sees dogs and cats for wellness, dental, surgical and urgent care, and leads the clinic’s approach to same-day capacity.
