City Petcare Hospital & Urgent Care is a veterinary hospital located at 7218 King George Blvd Ste 120, Surrey, BC V3W 5A5. We care for dogs and cats across Surrey, North Delta, White Rock, New Westminster and Burnaby, providing wellness care, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics and same-day urgent care. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

We have looked after Surrey pets since 2008, and both of our veterinarians are registered with the College of Veterinarians of British Columbia. Opening seven days a week with late evenings means an unwell pet rarely has to wait for a weekday appointment. We offer direct billing with Trupanion and accept most major pet insurers, so you know where you stand on cost before treatment begins.

Dr. Ravneet Singh Bhattal

Dr. Bhattal owns City Petcare Hospital & Urgent Care and is registered with the College of Veterinarians of British Columbia. He sees dogs and cats for wellness, dental, surgical and urgent care, and leads the clinic’s approach to same-day capacity.

What counts as a pet emergency?

Breathing difficulty, seizures or collapse, trauma, allergic reactions, urinary blockage, deep wounds or suspected poisoning all need urgent care. Call us at (604) 501-0077 and come in right away during clinic hours.

Are you open on Sunday and late on weekdays?

Yes. We are open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Late evening and weekend opening means most pets can be seen the same day without waiting for a weekday appointment.

Are you accepting new clients?

We see dogs and cats. Our veterinarians care for them at every life stage, from first puppy and kitten visits through senior wellness and end-of-life care.

Do you accept pet insurance?

Yes. We offer direct billing with Trupanion and accept most major pet insurers, so you are not left paying the full amount up front and waiting for reimbursement. Bring your policy details to the appointment and we will help you with the paperwork.

Do I need an appointment, or can I come in?
